Set-up & Breakdown
The National DevOps Conference is held at Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington, 4-18 Harrington Gardens, London, SW7 4LH, UK
SET UP is between 7pm – 8pm on Monday 15 October. BREAKDOWN is from the close of the event at 5pm on Wednesday
17 October and 6pm; exhibition hall must be cleared by 6pm sharp.
If you are packaging items to be collected from the venue the next day, then you will need to package and clearly label all items with a return address.
Please ensure your stand is not broken down before the mes provided.
Transport and Parking
Parking charges at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington are as follows:
up to 2 hours: £12.00 + VAT
2-4 hours: £18.00 + VAT
4-6 hours: £24.00 + VAT
6-12 hours: £34.00 + VAT
12 hours or more: £40.00 + VAT

Event Times 16th & 17th OCTOBER
Day 1 – Exhibitors and sponsors to be on site for 8am ready for the conference registration at 8:45am
Registration: 8:45am – 9:30am
Evening Drinks Reception: 4:40pm – 5:40pm
Day One Closes 6pm
Day 2 – Exhibitors and sponsors to be on site for 8:30am ready for the conference registration at 9am
Registration: 9am – 9:30am
Day Two Closes 5pm
Breakdown is from 5pm on Wednesday 17 October and 6pm; exhibition hall must be cleared by 6pm sharp.

Goods can only be delivered up to 24 hours prior to the event (except for Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday Mondays) unless by prior arrangement.
Please advise that we cannot guarantee any trolleys or cages to transport items into the space from the entrance. You should bring your own trolleys or cages or ensure that there is enough manpower to carry any items.
